Report a content or numerical error
Name the article and quote the sentence that appears wrong. If the issue concerns a number, include the units. For example, “2 FUN at 0.5× should return 1 FUN and lose 1 FUN net” is a testable correction. “The profit is wrong” leaves the stake and calculation unclear. Indicate whether you mean the recorded one-FUN study or a replay using different stakes.
For a translation issue, mention whether you read Italian or English and what the wording suggests to you. A misleading instruction matters more than a stylistic preference. The equivalent pages should describe the same settings and evidence; a language switch should not change the subject or the risk profile.
Report a simulator or demo problem
The simulator’s Copy settings button creates a page address containing the selected rule, bank, risk and other inputs. Include that address and the relevant exported CSV row. State what you expected and what appeared. Generated practice also needs the seed and drop count; without them, a different sequence is normal. The seed is a simulator input, not a password or the live game’s server seed.
For a demo that will not load, give the browser, phone or desktop type and approximate time. Note whether the official new-tab link works. An external game can fail independently of the article. Avoid sending a complete browser network archive: it can contain private session details that are unnecessary for an initial report.
